This is the best way to start in the window manufacturing and sales industry. What you need is a desire learn about windows. Not just learn how to assemble windows, but to learn the different varieties of windows you can make. You will also learn about their structural and thermal characteristics. Also, you will learn how to deal with customers so you can sell and service your windows. We would like to help you get started in this industry. Vinylume has set up dozens of manufacturers over the years, many of whom moved up to our lineal program.

In the KD program, vinylume receives your order for windows. We will cut, punch and notch the vinyl frame and sash parts, clearly identifying them for you and ship them to your plant. Upon receiving the vinyl parts, you will then further assemble the window, adding the insulated glass units and operating hardware. From there, you will send them on to your customers for installation into the homeowners residence.
